Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

  Prepare Equipment

  Securely pack the item in its original industrial packaging, ensuring all manuals, components, and safety guards are included.

  Ship to Facility

  Affix the provided shipping label and dispatch the crate via an authorized freight carrier to our central inspection warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Our technicians will verify the condition of the machinery within 5 business days, after which your refund or exchange will be finalized.
